Hello, Metamask team. We would like our chain (palette chain, one of the biggest chain in Japan) to be adjusted to metamask. To do that seamlessly, we would like to add our pre-compiled token (called PLT) and its icon to metamask.

We are aiming to release adjust to metamask feature next week and it would be great if you can review and pull this PR in this week.
