00 Token not showing up in Metamask

Hey,

The PR for the 00 token to be included in the Metamask token list was accepted and merged on August 24th (commit : 6c92362fb2f6d06f8c6cc85027c72e0b24c062ed)

It is not showing up in the Metamask Chrome add-in yet, is that type of delay typical or shall I do any extra step I missed ?

I have to finalize release 2.0.0 and then it would be added to extension code
