Have to click Back in Browser to change sidebar menu

If for example, I am here

And I have clicked drop down of Great Houses and then clicked for example How to House...

I must click Back in the browser to change to a different Category outside of Great Houses.

I can neither put the submenu back with the arrow of Great Houses nor click a new category's drop down arrow to move between categories.

This is a display bug on smaller screens. I started fixing this and a couple of other issues a cpl of weeks ago but never completed it due to other commitments. Will pick it up when I can.
