Guild form inputs get reset when switching tabs

What happened?

On the guild form, users tend to switch tabs to e.g. copy some text / data to input into a form field. When they switch back to the guild form page on MyMeta, the fields get reset, which is rather obnoxious.

What did you expect to happen?

The form data remains regardless of focus

How can we reproduce the problem (as minimally as possible)?

Go to the guild form (accessed via /join/guild) and type some text into the description field. Go to another tab, then come back. The field gets cleared.

Debugged this a bit yesterday, I believe the issue is in the useSWR hook
