[MyMeta] "Custom block" leading to a quest

What would you like to be added?

When clicking "add new block", there should be an option called "custom block" or something, which would take people to this quest.

Why is this needed?

It would make for a tighter feedback loop, where people who are editing their profile & want an integration or block type that doesnt exist, would be taken straight to the page where they are invited to build it or find someone else who will.
