[Bug] TUN 模式与 Adguard for window 的 WFP 网卡不兼容

之前一直使用原版clash，停止更新后更换到Mihomo。 但是在切换过程中出现一个问题，adguard for window 过滤会部分失效。 目前两个解决方法：

1. 关闭 adguard for window 中的 WFP 驱动后可以正常。
2. 保留WFP但是打开 adguard 中高级设置的重定向后正常

方法 2 会使得 Mihomo 中检测到的 PROCESS-NAME 均为 adguard

並不準確吧,只有WFP中選擇了的需要過濾的應用才會顯示爲Adguardsvc.exe吧

补充一点：如果 adguard 关闭 WFP 驱动会导致 英雄联盟 无法进游戏。

感覺這個問題超出了mihomo的可控範疇,不如期待AdguardForWindows Proxy support (SOCKS5).

我了解了一下，mihomo 的 TUN 实现与原版程序并不一致，所以先关闭 issue 了
