Lately many users have been complained about the fact they have to set the collateral manually to interact with contracts, therefore here my proposal for mesh

• Add a function to enable collateral output change, if this is enabled

The collateral will be hardcoded to 5 ADA instead of 1.5x fee

In this way upfront we have the input, output, change and collateral change output and can evaluate the fees

This is just a trick and overstimates the collateral however reduces the process of interacting with contracts by new users
