[Feature Request] Separate pause and resume hotkey

Using one hotkey to pause and unpause is totally fine most of the time, but when I want to track the pause state with some other states, like if currently there's people at the computer, this is becoming problematic: pause state can get misalign for various reasons and there's no way to get the current paused state elsewhere.

Separating the pause aud resume hot key can solve this problem, as it's not toggling but ensuring the state.
