Show layer names in project status dialog

An idea: the way how we display the changes in the project status dialog may not be most intuitive for users - we show added/modified/removed files and optionally some extra details about changes (in case of gpkg files). How about we would by default refer to map layers (with their names+icons as in QGIS layer tree) rather than the underlying files, and only other file types (like pictures) would be treated on a file-based way like now?

Possibly there could be switch between these two views...
