mobile Map sketching pop up is still visible

Description If the user open map annotations dialog in the MM app on mobile device a close the dialog, the "Draw annotations" pop up is still visible.

Environment Staging

Application (+ app version, build, operating system) 2025.3.0, iOS 18.5, Android 14

Steps to reproduce

Open project with Map annotation allowed
Start Map annotation
Close Annotations dialog

Actual results User see the "Draw annotation" pop up after he closed the Annotations dialog.

Expected results Once the user close the Annotations dialog, the pop up disappear.

The same goes for multi select panel and measure panel, possibly others too. All uses of showInfoTextMessage() should be checked.

Looks like this is not an issue on current master ( 675016e42c27260853a67c1fdc864c9c144cfd7f ), when testing on Android 14.

I honestly doubt that this is fixed @Withalion - I'd wait for confirmation from @RastoHu

I tried it now on 2025.7.0 RC and the dialog stays for a bit longer after the drawer is closed. I guess the ideal behaviour for it would be to disappear right away.

Side-Note: I thought I already saw it working correctly that's why I closed it.
