Broken tracking when app notifications are disabled

Tracking doesn't work if notifications are not allowed. If you don't allow app to push notifications, the GPS freezes when tracking is started and remains frozen when tracking is stopped. It starts to update the position when the app is reopened.

This bug was not found in the iOS version. Tracking is working as it should on iOS
