Add a button to access app settings from the 'Home' or user info menus

Currently, it is only possible to access the mobile app settings menu when a project is open in the app. This can cause problems if the user has a broken project that cannot be opened and they need to send a diagnostic log. Their only option is to create a blank project just to be able to access the settings menu.
