Add possibility to open an OGR layer with the app

I often receive KML/Shapefiles (compressed) through whatsapp. It would be good to have an option in the mobile to present MM app as a way of opening those files.

Ideally, it should also ask me if I want to create an MM project out of it and start surveying.
