Multiple project files notification covers pending updates notification

In the project tc08_issue_1547, there are two project files. When you download it, you can see the error notification "Multiple project files" which is correct. When you remove one of the files web, the project can be synchronized. But on the home, page, of the project there is just a "Multiple project files" notification, which hindered the pending updated notification.

I would suggest pending updated notifications should have the highest priority.

I mean this notification. It would be nice if this notification had higher priority before multiple project files
