Files removed from project due to accented characters in filenames encoded differently on various platforms

As found by the maintenance team, some accented characters ("à") in filenames can be encoded differently on various platforms. It may happen then, that when project is synced in the app such file is being recognized as non-existing on the server and gets deleted.
