App fails to copy image from device storage to project on some devices

When the user uses the form attachment widget to add an existing photo to the project, they get an error that says 'Failed to copy image to /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/uk.co.lutraconsulting/files/projects/<project_name>/image_file_name.jpg'. The device is able to take photos with the camera, so the error only applies when adding an existing photo to the form.

Other users on the project with different devices do not experience this issue.
