Slow removal of child feature

In the relations, the deletion of the child is quite slow. It takes 2s to remove it. Maybe it would be nice to make it faster.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open project tc05_relations
2. create a district with 2 child district_naturals.
3. go to the district, hit edit, then click on the naturals and hit delete -> it take 2seconds to remove it

Followed the steps on Android and the removing process is instant in Android

@jozef-budac is is also on 2.4.0? can you retest with 23.11.47711 (master with qt652)

@PeterPetrik I tried it also on current production and future production (iOS: 2.4.1 (23.11.478411)) and in both cases it is equally slow
