QGIS snapping with high tolerance, visual glitch

  1. you can use project tc04_recording
  2. allow in QGIS "follow QGIS snapping" and set tolerance some number above 500,
  3. in Input start recording a line feature
  4. afterward, the visual glitch will appear from the top left corner of the display
