Updating expression-based fields is broken

For virtual fields, it seems there is a regression as they are only updated when a feature is saved - see #548.

For ordinary fields with a default value that should be applied on update, it doesn't work at all in the app.

Tested on ver. 1.7.0 on Android 10.

We use Mergin Maps for water management in Bolivia (South America). We are also spreading MerginMap here with virtual courses and we have problems with this bug in our surveys
