Hi I've been trying to resolve this by looking in all the videos of wiitar but seem that nobody has this issue, please how can i fix it.

Issues like this are generally due to your Bluetooth receiver, some of them just don't play well with wiimotes unfortunately. It could also be a Windows 11 issue, but I can never know for sure what the actual cause is.
