number of channels

Open caterinal1 opened this issue 3 years ago • 1 comments

Hi there! I read that the toolbox is designed for at least >64 channels, but I thought that it was possible to run the analyses anyway. I tried to load an EEG file with 19 channels on the swa_SleepScoring window but it didn't work --> NO EEG structure was reported. Could it be that I did something wrong, or do you confirm that at least 64 channels are mandatory? Thank you

Very late answer of course, but I had been locked out of my Github account for a few years... ooops

it should be possible to use with fewer channels... however, my other repository, csc_eeg_tools is actually newer (slightly) and contains more robust tools for scoring sleep that are still then compatible with the wave detection tools available in the swa_matlab toolbox
