Cannot Install Delphinus

I am trying to install Delphinus to use when installing LoggerPro for Delphi. However, everytime I run the Delphinus WebSetup application, whether by compiling or through the .zip file found online, I get this error in the log:

<Info> Downloading Delphinus <Info> Version: <Info> BDS 20.0 <Info> Installing <Error> Failed to create directory 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Delphinus\20.0' <Error> Failed

Have you started the setup with administrative privileges? The setup does not enforce it atm (should add a manifest for it) and Program Files (x86) needs it.
