Top of the screen tapping behavior: tap top again to scroll back down

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When tapping the top of the screen, you usually scroll all the way to the top. This works globally on iPhone. In Apollo, when tapping the top of the screen again, you went back to where you were. Due to the way some people hold their phone, accidental taps to the top of the screen can happen and are therefore sometimes quite frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like Implementation of the Apollo-like behavior when tapping the top of the screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered Maybe a button? Although tapping to scroll back down would be preferred.
