Edit Profile Settings (Avatar, Banner, Display Name, Bio, etc.)

As a Memmy user, I want the ability to edit my Lemmy profile settings (specifically the Avatar and Banner but other options would also be very convenient) so that I can customize my profile from the app and do not need to log into the Lemmy website.
