Tab Double-Tap Behaviours

Describe the solution you'd like I would like double-tap behaviours for the traverse, profile, and search tabs.

The feed tab scrolls to the top if you tap it when it's already in focus. I think the other tabs should have behaviours when tapped and already in focus as well.

Suggested Traverse tab: scroll to top. Profile tab: scroll to top. Search tab: put focus on search box.
