[MEM-75] Feature: Handoff

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I want to type out a long comment to a post. Normally, I would just use Handoff to open the post on my Mac and write it there. With Apollo and other clients, handoff just displays the Safari Icon on the Mac and I can click it to open the web page for the post.

Describe the solution you'd like When I view a post in Memmy, the Handoff Icon should be displayed on my other devices. When I click the Handoff icon, I want to be taken to the post that is currently open in the Memmy app. Preferably, it should open the post in the Lemmy instance that I have an account with (instead of the instance where the post originates from), so I can directly write comments.

Describe alternatives you've considered As a workaround, I use the share button in Memmy to copy the link and paste it into Safari manually.
