Add Sentry to ligretto-core-backend

1. Sentry should catch all unhandled errors
2. Improve release workflow to create sentry release with a sourcemaps
3. All requests should be wrapped to transaction
4. All requests from ligretto-frontend or ligretto-gameplay-backend should be traced
5. All requests to database should be in traces
