Add sentry for ligretto-gameplay-backend

1. Sentry should catch all unhandled errors
2. Improve release workflow to create sentry release with a sourcemaps
3. All socket.io events should be traced with ligretto-frontend as transactions
4. All requests to ligretto-core-backend should be traced
