Impa quest for Champions tunic seems to not work.

Ok so I just talked to impa, went to haterno, did that quest, came back, and she told me to go back to haterno, wtf? No second quest for the champions tunic, what's up with that?

Ok so it seems that it's definitely bugged, but not unobtainable. I had to do each quest twice, but managed to get it to work eventually.

it's because you don't technically finish the great plateau quest from the old man making the game confused and give you the quest even know you talked to impa because something isnt set right when don't finish the plateau quest even know this is about the colosseum it still is in the same vainVideo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKXLJh-50tY

Is there any way to actually have the Isolated Plateau quest be finished? or is it forever open even if you beat Ganon?
