Feature
Addition to PR #376, separated for easier code review process. Gives project structure and CLI commands visual representation.
Description of Changes:
Preview is available at https://dev.go-blueprint.dev/
Code is placed in root unter bluprint-ui dir. Doesn't influence the core CLI code. Easier deployment and maintenance benefits, if new PR changes directory and file layout this part of code also needs to be updated, along with docs code. I added this requirement to the PR checklist.

@arafays Perfect man. I need to rebase after the latest commits. I'll ping you so you can test and check the implementation. This is far from being ready—I just need to find the time. The last couple of months we've been kinda slow
