Texture animation errors with Nothirium and OptiFine

Describe the bug If you enable smart texture animation in OptiFine, then all textures will stop animating at all

Reproducibility

• [x] I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
• [ ] I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.

To Reproduce

1. Go to game world
2. Look on water or lava block
3. Pause game and go to OptiFine settings
4. Turn on Smart Animations
5. Back to game
6. Look on water or lava block
