No Way To Open Readonly Hid

We should be able open devices in read-only mode. We should not have to specify a write buffer length in this mode. But, if the device doesn't have a write buffer length, initialization will fail.

I would really love to have this issue fixed, for I cannot seem to be able to open a keyboard for reading.
