=www-client/torbrowser-115.14.0_p13502 has huge letterbox and tiny browsing space

Attached is a picture of the problem I am having since upgrading to this version today (no problems with the previous version). True of both Wayland and X. Anyone else having this problem?

Try with a fresh profile and without addons.

Tried a fresh profile, didn't work.

Tried disabling letterboxing in about:config, didn't have any effect, the letterboxing was still enabled and too big.

However, I looked at about:support (for both firefox:rapid and torbrowser) and noticed that the reported screen resolution was incorrect (ridiculously large) compared to my Windows computer which reports the correct resolution on both Firefox and Tor Browser. Could that be having some kind of effect on letterboxing deciding how small the window will be?

Try whether you have the same problem with the official bundle from https://www.torproject.org/download/

I can't really help you since I'm not able the reproduce the issue on my end.

I tried disabling the wayland use flag as well as all system-* use flags (I have all but system-python-libs enabled) and it made no difference. I will try the official bundle and let you know what happens.

I have the same problem with =www-client/torbrowser-115.15.0_p13503

I do not have this problem with www-client/torbrowser-launcher, though I can only run it with Python 3.11, see #78.

I've been using torbrowser-launcher since then. I will try the latest version of torbrowser and get back to you.
