Vertical space is calculated differently for the last row

Note: the horizontalSpace and verticalSpace appear to be flipped, with horizontalSpace affecting the vertical spacing between items.

When providing a horizontalSpace, the final row in the grid seems to add a few extra pixels of padding (scaling with the magnitude of the given horizontalSpace). You can see this behavior when placing an item in the bottom-most row, where it causes the final row of items to change in height very slightly.
