upgrade to .NET 5 would be nice, to follow the general development.

there is a BlazorLeaflet-net6 now on Nuget. but i try it on .NET MAUI Blazor it has this error Exception of type 'BlazorLeaflet.Exceptions.UninitializedMapException' was thrown. at BlazorLeaflet.Map.AddLayer(Layer layer)
