Add the possibility to clean up the sidbar lines per user and not just per sidbar.

As the title says, I would like a method similar to sidebar.clearLines() but which supports the user, so as not to have to create a sidebar per user and avoid duplicating text when removing something from the sidebar, as if there were something like placeholders, or a language system.
