[feature] Add a capture settings window

Provide settings such as: - Listening port. - Listening ip address, `0.0.0.0` or `127.0.0.1`. - Disable HTTP2 protocol.

Current intent length is 2 spaces, we should provide options like 4 spaces.

The existing enhanced mode may cause network inaccessibility due to DNS issues.
