Timeline component

Looking for a component that shows the progress of an approval workflow. Something like Radzen's timeline component https://blazor.radzen.com/timeline

Maybe the Steps component can be improved upon (vertical mode)

When I first created the Step component, I was kinda still a "noob" in frontend. If I were to make it today, I would do it differently. It makes sense to add a vertical mode for the Steps. But I think creating a new Timeline component from scratch is better.

Now. I'm not sure when to do it, as we are already quite full with 1.7. So after that. It is a good feature to have.
