Scrollable Tabs with Add and Remove features

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No this is just a feature request.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to have a scrollable tab list when tabs exceed the length of the page. Maybe the options to use arrow keys to push left and right or a small scrollbar underneath to click and drag or click and hold with the mouse.

Ability to add/delete a tab.

Also have callback functions to add and remove tabs
