Migrate from GLEW to libepoxy or GLAD

Hi,

we are currently trying to get rid of GLEW in Fedora as it isn't maintained anymore. Also GLEW with the last release only supports GLX and not EGL.

There are two ways moving forward:

• Use libepoxy
• Use GLAD, or check out the webservice for glad2 to generate the files you need!

With both of them migration should be straight forward.

@cryptomilk Thanks for the heads-up. Me and @Jammyjamjamman started migrating using code from the glad web generator. Going smooth so far.

I'll close this for now. Although it's been fun to play around with glad a little, I don't see any evidence that Fedora is dropping GLEW, or that GLEW isn't maintained anymore (last commit was only 4 months ago).

This will get reopened if any new, significant information comes to light.
