build-mg.sh: add openldap to array

The macos build that worked in #272 ran on macos 12.6.9 and now it's failing (brew crashing while getting dependencies/updating) after the runner is using 12.7.1.

Maybe that's not the cause, but it's the only variable I know of at this point.

I'm going to try switching the runner from macos-latest to macos-13
