Google breakpad switched to Git, update sources

It seems that Google breakpad is now part of Chromium and has since moved to a Git repository: https://chromium.googlesource.com/breakpad/breakpad/ We should update our source locations, in case those are hardcoded, configured or documented anywhere.

Took a look at this and I'm not sure the latest git version is setup / compiles in windows. There were some files missing related to msvc builds in the git repo so not sure if this will work out for release.
