cntfrq_el0精度问题

咨询一下，cntfrq_el0的精度是不是达不到cycle的级别，想要达到cycle的级别还得用PMCCNTR_EL0 但是PMCCNTR_EL0需要root权限才行是吧？好像需要先在内核态使能才行
