Can i emulate "Flex" for this to work?

My gpu doesnt support nvidia flex, and i cant run this mod. Can i make this work somehow? (I dont care about FPS)

!!!!! ADD THIS TO README !!!!! To make this work on ancient pc you need to install Windows 10 SDK and run DXCPL with Win+R, and then enable emulation of dx 11 for gmod executable
