Checklist improvement

If you see i divided my study in 3 part which is Study I, Study II and Study III And i also make study checklist which is also contains 3 list which is Study I, Study II and Study III.

Now Study I 9:30Am to 12:30Pm Study II 13.00 to 16:00 Study III 16:15 to 19:00

What i wanted to say that suppose Today ; Study I, i completed then i mark in my checklist Then study II again i mark or check, again same in study III.

then Tomorrow; the same thing but here when i see my check list i find that it already marked because yesterday i completed and mark it all check then today again study is repeated to Automatically so my mark check automatically became unmark

In simple words Every day repeat task , every newday mark check list became unmark by completing the tark mark it again and in next day it automatically unmarked,;
