Not getting any notifications or ringing

I have an Android 13 phone that's sporting mostly stockish software. Even when in the app and looking at the timer hit 00:00, nothing happens.

I've double checked that the app has permissions for notifications. I've also tried the latest versions from the Play store and F-Droid. No idea what the issue is.

Is it still an issue? No idea how to reproduce and fix it.

Yep, it's still a problem. I was not able to reproduce it on my other phone that's Android 14 so I'm not sure. Could this be related to #60?
