FR: allow "silent activities"

Hi,

I like that the notification management allows to for example overide the "don't disturb mode" etc, but I think it would be better if we could disable the notification for a given activity.

For example when sleeping it can be a problem to have it ring (I have my own alarm app). Another example is people doing pomodoro sessions at the silent public library.

I acknowledge that this could be low priority because it's actually an issue only because I'm always in do not disturb.
