Have a widget that show current’s activity + its timer
As title say.
Also I’m wondering: what is the point of setting daily activities as important? I see no really functional differences. The important task does not repeat the notification, nor does it ring when it’s time to start is here… I really don’t see anything different from others, just the flag and check-mark.
Setting activities as important mean you will see them in the task list of the day without having to press the clock. That's the only technical difference that comes to my mind.
I personally use it to mentally tag stuff I can´t afford to procrastinate on. Dinner is tagged, but cooking and cleaning after dinner are not, for example. Because I want to make sure I don't skip meals, but the other two are not systematically needed / I'm more self lenient about them

I still think a widget with the current action and timer on the home screen could be nice to have.
Yeah I think the topic of making the whole phone revolve about the app was discussed several times in various forms (#140 #138 #130 #31 and others I can't find that discussed turning it into a launcher)
I personally would also like to have a huge widget on my homepage with basic actions that allow the starting of upcoming tasks without having to enter the app. The phone would become more if a private time tracking device, and less of a distraction machine (along with other actions one has to take on his part like removing certains apps, algorithms and notifications)
A widget seems to be a good middleground between having to systematically open the app, and making it a full-on launcher.

Yeah, I don’t want as a full launcher replacement, or a "replace lock screen" (is this even possible?). But a "second clock" or in place of the standard clock: with current state + current timer (with the color) + optionally the time.
The thing is, sometimes I disable notification for some apps when they spam, not sure about this one yet. Also I sometimes dismiss the notification by swiping it by "missclick". Also I need to actively check the notifications, while a widget "may randomly be placed on the home screen I happens to be in". ;)
