Support non Windows OSes in MediaInfo.Native nuget package

I have added support for .Net Standard 1.3 to MediaInfo.DotNetWrapper. The current implementation requires end users to install mediainfo lib manually as MediaInfo.Native is windows only.

Any chance you guys can update the nuget package to support unix and macos RIDs?
