Private Colour Metadata is wrongly recognised in MXF

Mxf_ColorPrimaries, Mxf_CodingEquations, and Mxf_TransferCharacteristic functions do not check the whole key, only one byte and therefore they incorrectly recognise private area keys as public ones. Thos functions should be checking more of the key like the other ones in that file do.
